Percussion drill repairs

Precautions for the use of percussion drill for dismantling and repairing percussion drills:
1. Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the power supply is consistent with the conventional rated 220V voltage on the power tool, so as not to be misconnected to the 380V power supply.
2. Before using the percussion drill, please carefully check the insulation protection of the machine body, the auxiliary handle and the adjustment of the depth gauge, etc., and whether the machine has loose screws.
3. Thepercussion drill wire should be protected, and it is strictly forbidden to drag the wire all over the ground to prevent it from being broken and cut, and it is not allowed to drag the wire to the oil and water to prevent the oil and water from corroding the wire.
4. The percussion drillmust be loaded into the alloy steel percussion drill bit or perforated general drill bit in the allowable range between φ6-25MM according to the material requirements. It is strictly forbidden to use drill bits that are out of range.
5. When replacing the drill bit with the percussion drill, the specialwrench and the drill bit should be used to lock the key, and the use of non-special tools to knock the percussion drill should be eliminated.
6. When using the percussion drill, remember not to usetoo much force or skew the operation, be sure to install the appropriate drill bit and adjust the percussion drill depth gauge in advance, and use the force slowly and evenly during vertical and balanced operation, and do not force the use of oversized drill bits.
7. The power socket of the percussion drill must be equipped with a leakage switch device, and check whether the power cord is damaged.
