What are the precautions for drilling operations

1. The drilling rig should be placed smoothly and firmly, and the tappet should be adjusted by automatic fine-tuning or wire hammer to keep it vertical.
2. Before starting, check and confirm that the parts of the drilling rig are firmly connected, the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, the oil level in the reducer meets the regulations, and the drilling depth limit alarm device is effective.
3. Before starting, thejoystick should be placed in the neutral position, and after starting, the dry operation test should be done to check the instrument, temperature, audio, braking and other work before operation.
4. During the operation, when it is necessary to change the direction of rotation of the drilling rig, it should be carried out after the drilling rig is completely stopped. 5. When drilling, when the frame shakes, moves, shifts or makes a rhythmic sound in the drill bit, the drilling should be stopped immediately, and the drilling can be continued only after treatment.
6. When the operation is out of power, thecontroller should be placed in the zero position, cut off the power supply, and pull out all the drill pipes in time to make the drill bit touch the ground.
7. When the drilling rig is running, the cable should be prevented from being entangled in the drill pipe, and there must be a special person to take care of it. 8. When drilling, it is strictly forbidden to remove the soil in the spiral piece by hand. When the fastening spiral is found to be loose, it should be stopped immediately and the operation can be continued only after tightening.
9. After the operation, the drill pipe and drill bit should be lifted to the outside of thehole, first remove the soil on the drill pipe and spiral blades, and then press the drill bit to contact the ground, the braking position of each part, and the operating rod should be put down in neutral position to cut off the power supply.
