APPLICATION
The Turbo drive agitator is designed to dramatically enhance drilling efficiency, especially for horizontal and directional drilling operation, by friction reduction and effective drilling pressure transmission. A state-of-the-art tools to solve problem of back pressure during drilling.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- All metal, no rubber: All-metal turbo agitator, does not have risk of dropping rubber parts，is more stable and adaptable.
- Handy to use, it's more convenient to handle, test and transport for it is only 3.2m.
- Can serve in the environment of high temperature and high pressure.
- Pressure drop is lower: The normal pressure drop is 1-1.5 MPa and it will not influence the drilling delivery capacity.
- As the agitator can effectively reduce the lateral and torsional vibration, it is compatible with downhole instruments like LWD and MWD.
