Hydraulic hand-throwing joints

The hydraulic hand-losing joint is an important part of the operating string, which can be discarded by putting a certain specification of steel ball in the string to make the string tool string lose hands at a predetermined position, and detach from the lower end tool, so as to realize the safe loss and recovery of the string without moving the string. The upper and lower joints are cross-recessed to transmit torque.

Detailed Description

The upper part is mainly the upper part of the upper and lower part of the hand joint, which is connected with the pipe string, and the lower part is the part with

Pitch the ball from the coiled tubing, the steel ball finally stops on the ball seat in the hydraulic hand to form a sealed piston surface, through the ground pressure, the piston goes down to shear the shear pin in the hydraulic hand, and the slip sleeve goes down, because of the special design of the slip, the joint on the hand can be separated from the slip. The drop pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the number of scissors. The joints, ball holders and balls are recovered after the loss of the hands, leaving a standard "GS" type inner salvage neck for further salvage operations.
