Brush tubing scraper

Tubing scraper is used to remove the residual cement on the inner wall of the tubing, the burrs, scales and scales generated in the process of compaction, various salt crystals embedded in the pipe wall during the anti-sand perforation in the pipe, and the rust, scale, hard paraffin wax and other debris on the casing of the production well that affect the normal construction operation.

Tubing scraper is used to remove the residual cement on the inner wall of the tubing, burrs, scales and scales generated in the process of compaction, various salt crystals embedded in the pipe wall during anti-sand perforation in the pipe, and rust, scale, hard paraffin and other debris on the casing of the production well that affect the normal construction operation.

1. Rotation mode eliminates the risk of damaging or abrasion of the tubing when rotating the drill string.

2. By simply repositioning the shear ring, the scraper can be trimmed in either rotary or non-rotating mode

3. The rotating cylindrical brush can be mounted above the blade blade, allowing for optimized performance by scraping once and then brushing.

4. Hard metal is applied to the edge of the scraper to provide durability and maximum service.

5. The blade is in contact with the inner diameter of the tubing 360 degrees.
