The Drill Pipe Protector enable us to provide fully supported solutions that improve drilling performance and completion efficiency by minimizing energy loss caused by wellbore friction, thereby optimizing energy delivery to the bit.
The Non-rotating casing scraper is used to remove the residual cement on the inner wall of the casing, the burrs and scales generated by mud and tie, the bullets inserted on the wall of the pipe during the anti-sand perforation in the pipe, and the impurities affecting the normal construction operation such as rust, scale and hard paraffin on the casing of the production well. The non-rotating casing scraper consists of two parts: a scraper and a cleaning brush. The scraper mainly consists of a mandrel, a cutter block, a spring plate, and screws. The cleaning brush mainly consists of a mandrel, a steel wire brush, a nylon brush, and screws. Its structure is shown in the right figure.
The Casing Brush is used together with the scraper. The upper brush and the lower brush clean the inner wall of the scraped casing, and clean the casing wall again after the scraper is scraped. Working in shallow Wells mainly depends on the lower brush; After reaching the deep well, the lower brush will be worn, and the upper brush body will automatically extend to work.
